Dining out isn’t something I do often enough. Between work, studying and life in general, its definitely more of a special occasion thing! That being said, I do really love enjoying great food and even better company. Though I’m not always as adventurous as I could be with my food selections, I love experiencing new cuisines whenever I get the chance.
A new firm favourite choice of mine is Tiger Rock.
This is a beautiful restaurant, offering small plates of East Asian food, including Thai, Chinese, Singaporean, Malaysian and more. Though I’m not usually a big fan of tapas or small plates; Tiger Rock is most definitely the exception to the rule! I love the variety of options, as well as the vegetarian and vegan options available.
This menu is so enticing and delicious, it has left myself and my friends overwhelmed with what to choose! Rather than the recommended 3 or 4 plates, we inevitably find ourselves wanting to choose more. Tempting as that would be, the other wonderful thing about Tiger Rock, is the fact that the portions are really, really great. By the end of the meal, you will not be able to move from your fullness!
It truly is a wonderful dining experience, so if ever in Liverpool, why not check out one of the Tiger Rock locations, and be guaranteed a beautiful meal and evening.
