Rudy’s pizza is a firm favourite of mine and almost a go to place, no matter which city I am in. With locations all over the UK, it’s easy to find a Rudy’s near you. I first tried Rudy’s when it opened in Liverpool, at their Castle street location. Since then two further restaurants have opened, which just further shows how popular Rudy’s is.
My first experience of Rudy’s pizza was love at first bite! I went for a classic margherita, though my choice these days tends to be a mushroom pizza. One of the best and most impressive things about Rudy’s, is just the speed of cooking them. Rudy’s famously import their pizza ovens from Italy, to ensure authentic, beautiful pizza every time. With a pizza taking around 60-90 seconds to cook, these fabulously pizza’s are quick to arrive to your table, and even quicker to eat!
The menu itself is pretty simple. A few starters, not too many sides (not even fries make the cut), therefore the main focus is of course the pizza!
You have your choice of base sauce, toppings, cheese and you have the option to make the pizza vegan. No matter the choice, Rudy’s pizza is guaranteed to be delicious, quick and exactly what you need.
Next time you are looking for a great meal, why not give Rudy’s a try. With dine in and take out options available, it’s a perfect spot.
