As you may know, I am from Liverpool and absolutely love my city. I wanted to start taking you along to some of my favourite places in the city. Today it is Moose Coffee!

Moose coffee is a fantastic place to go for great food, great atmosphere and really amazing service. The idea behind moose coffee really is a combination of Canadian and American dining. So think of thick and fluffy pancakes, maple syrup, bagles, waffles and so much more. (Warning: Saturday is very,very busy- be prepared to wait). Most people go to moose for breakfast or brunch and it’s not hard to see why. They have a phenomenal breakfast menu but also do great lunches and always have a selection of fresh cakes, such as red velvet.
What I love about moose coffee is how cosy you feel the moment you step inside. The environment is warm and inviting, so much so I think I could stay there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think the shining star on the menu is the pancakes. It’s what I usually go for, though the Granola is also fantastic. To be honest I don’t there is anything on the menu that you wouldn’t enjoy. I also have to praise the staff as well. Though there was a 40 minute wait, they kept us informed of when we were next, worked quickly without rushing everyone and gave fantastic service even though it was clearly as busy as it could get.
